More Awesome Apps
This is part 3 of my “Cool Apps” series. In this video, there’s a live streaming application, a menu replacement app, a home screen alternative and an eReader application. I should also mention that some of the applications from my previous videos have been updated. Opera Mobile 10 is now in Beta 3 and Qt demos have been updated to 4.6.2. I haven’t noticed any significant difference with the Qt demos though. Updated instructions for how to install the Qt demos can be found on my previous post. Again you can use the barcode reader in this post for quick installation. Video and links for the new apps after the break.
1. The first app is qik video streaming application which can be downloaded from the qik download page. You have to sign up first before you can download the application. You can point your mobile phone browser to http://qik.com or point your barcode reader here:

qik
You can also download the Quick-In-Touch desktop application that I demoed in the video after you log in.
2. You can dowload the IMDb wigdet for Symbian from moubail.com or you can download the file directly to your device using your barcode reader:

IMDb Widget
3. You can get the home screen alternative, HipLogic Live from the HipLogic website. You can also visit m.hiplogic.com with your mobile phone browser and follow the instructions or point your bar code reader here:

HipLogic Live
4. You can download vMenu from here. Or get it via the barcode here:

vMenu
5. The eReader Pro can be downloaded for free from eReader.com or you can download the zip file directly to your phone using the barcode:

eReader Pro
Hope you enjoy, stay tuned for more app action.
