  Again as I put in my com­ment with regards to the poll ask­ing if you’ll buy another Sam­sung hand­set, maybe at the end of this poll you could for­ward on the details to Sam­sung, that is if you still have any con­tact details for them?

  I think these polls would help stress how dis­heart­ened their cus­tomer base is with them

  @Griff yes that’s the idea, I can con­tact some of the Sam­sung peo­ple who approached me ini­tially with these sta­tis­tics. I bet they’ll be pretty sur­prised by the results. Thanks

  Cool, keep up the good work on the web­site and push­ing for Sam­sung to wake up to the poten­tial of its own product.

  Have the firmware that came with the phone. Unfor­tu­nately, no updates yet. Phone was bought in India. I wrote to them and got an auto­mated reply ask­ing me to call cus­tomer care.

  As some­one has already sug­gested, the real poll should have been, Would you buy another phone from Samsung?

  I just sent my regional Sam­sung office a sales advert. “I’m look­ing for a buyer of my Sam­sung Omnia HD … ”

  Just wrote them why i’m sell­ing and that a poten­tial buyer can give me a bid on my three Sam­sung LCD-panels too, as i don’t really wish to be con­nected to the pro­ducer any­more because they have dis­s­ap­pointed me …

  Yeah i know, lame! But funny as hell!
  I’ll let you know if they answer )

  My regional Sam­sung office do not have any sense of humor. In reply to my sales-ad-email, they just replied:

  “This is not the place for advertisement!”
