      Thanks, you’re amaz­ing, all the stuff you’ve done, I’m per­son­ally really grate­ful. I do like my i8910, but I’m watch­ing Sam­sung very closely to see how they teat their cus­tomers, and its quite pos­si­ble I may not buy one of their con­sumer tech prod­ucts again, its gawl­ing to read every day news items like this..

      etc etc yeah over the air, .….I read your news item about over air updates for i8910 and the var­i­ous mes­sages, and even though mine was bought via optus in Syd­ney, I get the mes­sage “Phone not sup­ported,” which if your post is cor­rect, some­thing is wrong.….

      Yup, it means some­thing isn’t right, it could be the OS(only XP sup­ported offi­cially) or the model you got has firmware that is not for your region? I’m using Win­dows 7 though and I don’t get the unsup­ported error.
